Transfer of Course/Membership Fees
Course registration fees can be transferred to another course of the same type by sending us an email at [email protected] within 7 days of original course registration.
Cancellation of Online Webinar or Seminar
If Knowledge9 cancels any live webinar due to any unavoidable reasons or emergencies, then we will refund the full amount paid by the customer. This refundable amount shall not exceed the total amount paid by the student.
Refund for Books and Other Tangible Products
We only exchange books/tangible products if they are defective, damaged, or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us within 2 days on [email protected] with details of the product, payment, and the defect. Upon receipt of your request, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. Once approved by us, your returned product should reach us within 7 days of time. In case your return and refund is accepted by us, exchange can be processed only once per item or product.
Please make sure you return complete, correct, unused and undamaged product with all the accessories you received with the product package. Please keep the product ready with original packaging. The field executive will refuse to accept the returns if any of these conditions are not met.
We suggest to follow the following healthy habits for online shopping:
- Always make video of parcel opening to get your claim being processed fast. You may need to provide the same at the time of claiming return or replacement.
- Never accept the opened parcel from the delivery personnel. In this situation, don’t sign delivery booklet and contact us immediately.
- For products where installation is provided by our service partners, do not open the product packaging by you. Our authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
Refund of a Duplicate Payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 to 10 working days post intimation by the customer.
No Refund in Case of Usage Policy Violation
You will be immediately logged out from the system when someone else uses your username and password to log into the system from the different IP.
